This is a four-week group, about self advocacy and communacation. To help you use assertive communication when expressing your thoughts, feelings, and opinions in a way that makes your views and needs clearly understood by others. To better equip you to advocate for yourself and others by supporting the development of your communication skills. To teach you how to create healthy boundaries and to increase self-awareness to strengthen your skills and ability to speak for yourself.
