A Multi-Sector Accountability Agreement, or M-SAA, is a three-year service accountability agreement between Home and Community Care Support Services Waterloo Wellington/WWLHIN and a Health Service Provider (HSP.) The service accountability agreement enables these entities to provide funding to the HSP for the provision of services.
The M-SAA is a performance agreement that assigns a measure of responsibility to the health service provider and sets out accountabilities and performance expectations.
