During this introductory course, we will explore both formal and informal mindfulness practices. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in seated meditations, guided body scans, and mindful movements. Weekly discussions regarding our experiences, challenges, and our insights will support our learning. Program is offered at the Kitchener Public Library. Requires registration
