We provide caring and coordinated support to meet immediate needs, and help people build stability while facing, housing, mental health, and substance use concerns in Waterloo Region.
What is the HART Hub?
For people who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health challenges and/or substance use concerns, it can often be hard to find the right care and support.
The HART Hub Waterloo Region (HHWR) is a network of local programs and services that helps people connect to the support they need—when they need it. The Hub offers guidance, resources, and information to help individuals make informed choices about their health, recovery, and housing.
The HHWR is not one single location. It is a collaborative network of many community partners to make care easier to access, with coordinated services, extended hours, and multiple locations across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and the Townships.
